Aims & Scope

Discussion of directions of future research in multicore/manycore systems.

The manycore day is intended as a forum to exchange ideas, plans, approaches, hopes, and hunches about how build successful manycore systems.

All areas, including computer architecture, operating systems, languages, compilers, programming approaches, tools and environments and applications of all sorts are open for discussion. The emphasis is on future research, not on past successes. The organizers also hope that the discussions will lead to new ideas, initiatives, and collaborations among participants.
